I am Mr.Web, Vice Chairman of GreekInternet.Com and all the other silly sites they own.

Iwas born in August 1997 and was adopted as a kitten from the street. Apparently I was found eating the bone of a lamb chop in front of a taverna in Kifissia, Athens.

I am in charge of web design and for all the XXXXXXXXXXXX stuff. Even though I am only 9 years old  everybody calls me " Dirty Old Cat " . I guess that is why the board of directors had me fixed.

P.S. Mr.Web passed away in Cologne, Germany, after a sudden illness on Saturday 24 February 2007. It happened at 2:30 in the morning. I dug his little grave in the garden, burried his frail body at 4:30 and cried for hours. I am writing this the next day, still with tears in my eyes, and a big lump in my throat.

He was a most amazing cat. Extremely affectionate and loving everybody. He kept me company in all these years of struggle and loneliness. Sleeping with me, surfing with me and always following me around like a dog. This was a cat that could talk. He had a vast repertoir of verbal expressions and miows. The void he has left is indescribable.

The loss of a pet is extremely painful for everybody. However when you have no family, no wife or girlfriend, no children, and no friends this loss is dramatic.

I feel totally empty.

Mr.Web, you were the child I never had, and a true companion in good times and bad ones. I will miss you terribly and will always love you. Rest in peace my little Webby.
