Four (4) apartment suites:
Two separate rooms (bedroom with king-size beds and living room with two or — occasionally three — sofas) which can host 2 to 5 persons (2 apartment suites offer accommodation for between 2 to 4 persons and 1 apartment suite offer accommodation for between 2 to 5 persons).

Three (3) maisonettes:
Apartment with galleried bedrooms (In-built King-size bed) and two built sofas in the living room (which can be used as single beds). Maisonettes can accommodate 2 to 4 persons.

Three (3) studios:
One main bedroom with King-size bed. One studio bedroom can accommodate 2 to three persons.

All the houses have kitchenettes which are fully equipped to prepare meals. Refrigirators and small stoves are available in all the houses. A shower is fitted to all houses with a heater to provide hot water.
Outside each apartment, on the terrace are umbrellas, "chaises longues", "director's" chairs and marble-topped tables. Throughout the complex are earthern pots filled with local plants and flowers.

OTHER FACILITIES
Swimming pool, private terraces, air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchenettes, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, hair dryer, music player, in room safe deposit boxes, internet and fax services.

Daily room cleaning services. Laundry service available. A welcome drink and a basket of fruits are offered. Taxi cost from port/airport each way : Approximately : 20 euros.  

Minimum stay: 3 nights. In case of less than 3 nights stay, additional charge of 10% on the daily rate.

The House of the Boatman

Superior Studio No 7

This superior studio has one main room with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a coffee table and bookcase, and bathroom with a shower. The verandah has uninterrupted views of the caldera and the village of Oia. The sun can be seen setting into the sea or behind the village.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player, radio/CD/MP3 player, direct dial telephone, internet access, hairdryer, and safe deposit box. We also offer bathrobes and slippers, and the bathroom has Korres natural products.

The Artisan's House

Superior Studio No 10

The Artisan's House is our largest superior studio with one main room with a queen-size bed in the rear plus 2 traditional sofas which can be turned into single beds. The fully equipped kitchenette has a bar counter around it and the large vaulted bathroom is dug into the rock. The terrace has a private temperature controlled jacuzzi and an exterior use futon to lounge on. The room can accommodate up to four [4] persons.

Sailor's House

Maisonette No 1

The Sailor's House is located on the pool level and has a bedroom [queen size bed] upstairs on the loft which looks down onto the living area. The house can accommodate a third person on the ground floor sofa which can be turned into a single bed for the night. The balcony infront of the house where breakfast is served offers views to the village of Oia and the sea below us.

The Captain's House is our newest superior suite with a private hot tub nestled in the corner of the secluded terrace with views to the caldera and village of Oia. The Winemaker's House is our honeymoon suite and has the most secluded terrace in the hotel with uninterrupted views of the island. The private hot tub with its deck and the exterior use futon offer endless hours of relaxation on the verandah. The cave bedroom with the king size bed and ensuite dressing area are located to the rear of the house. The living area has two traditional sofas and dinning table, and a separate kitchen area.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player, radio/CD/MP3 player, direct dial telephone, internet access, hairdryer, stocked minibar, a collection of books, and safe deposit box. We also offer bathrobes and slippers, and the bathroom has a variety of Korres natural products, scales, and extra large bath towels. One master bedroom on the lower level with its own bathroom and a queen-size bed. A second bedroom on the ground level with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. The living room has two traditional sofas which can be turned into single beds. Meals and snacks can be prepared in the kitchenette. The spacious terrace has a private hot tub nestled in a corner, an exterior use futon, and a marble top table where breakfast is served. The house can accommodate up to 6 persons.

This is our second largest superior suite located at the far end of the complex with its own exit to the pathway that leads into the village of Oia. The large vaulted bedroom with a king-size bed is located to the rear of the house. The living area has two traditional sofas which can be turned into single beds for the night. The fully equiped kitchenette is in a separate area next to the bathroom. The spacious terrace has a private hot tub nestled in the corner for privacy and offers views to the caldera and the village of Oia. This suite can accommodate up to 4 persons.

The House of The Collector

Spectacular Villa No 14

The Collector's House is the newest addition to IKIES Traditional Houses. This luxurious villa offers two separate bedrooms each with its own generous bathroom and ensuite dressing area, both carved deep into the volcanic cliff. The spacious living and dinning area with its characteristic domed ceiling opens out onto the unique terrace with its combination of complete privacy and breathtaking views of the caldera and the village of Oia.

The villa also boasts its own private spa area perched on the edge of the terrace overlooking the caldera. Our suggestion would be to take a soothing steam bath followed by a refreshing cold shower, then dip into the temperature controlled jacuzzi, before finally moving over to the terrace futon - this is probably the best way to relax and take in the sun and unique view.

A champagne continental breakfast is served on the privacy of your terrace each morning and cocktails of your choice are offered at sunset.
