Detailed description of the standard double and special double rooms.

The standard double room with Volcano/Caldera/Sea view is for 2 persons, and it can be either on the 1^st or 2^nd level or at pool level. They are all equally very nice and even though we will do our best to accommodate your specific request, we can not guarantee it. All the standard double rooms offer the same facilities: including view to the Volcano/Caldera/Sea, private bathroom, refrigerator, air-conditioning and TV. 

The special double room is just like the standard double except that it also has a private balcony with Volcano/Caldera/Sea views, and most have a small kitchenette as well.

To officially confirm a booking, a NONREFUNDABLE deposit of about 20% is required via VISA or MASTERCARD . 

VILLA ILIAS consists of the main premises and another separate property that is 60 meters away from the main premises.

The main premises consist of 13 rooms and 1 studio for four persons.

All the rooms are small to medium sized and we have sorted them into standard single rooms, standard double rooms, standard double rooms for 3, special double rooms, studio with kitchen facilities and the private double room at the rooftop.

The standard double rooms could either be at the pool level (facing the volcano and the caldera gulf) or on the second storey with partial view. The standard double rooms at the pool level do not provide our customers with private balconies.

The special double rooms could either have twin beds or a double bed. You should be specific on the type of special double room that you request. All the special double rooms do provide private balconies with view towards the volcano and the caldera gulf.

The private double room (double bed) at the rooftop is small in size but it provides a big private terrace with panoramic view towards both the Volcano and the Caldera gulf as well as towards the other part of the island. The private double room has the best view from all the types of accommodation.

The standard single rooms and the standard double rooms for 3 accommodate 1 person and 3 persons respectively and they could also be either at the pool level (facing the volcano and the caldera gulf) or on the second storey with partial view. All rooms provide: Private bathroom Air conditioning Refrigerator Television Kitchen facilities (special double rooms and private double room only)

The Studio with kitchen Facilities is for 4 persons ( it occupies approximately double the space of the standard double room) offers 2 double beds, private bathroom (bath tub) ,refrigerator , fully equipped kitchenette , TV ,air-conditioning and a small private side balcony which does not face the volcano directly, although it has visual contact with the volcano and Caldera gulf.

The second section of Villa ilias which is located 60 meters away from the hotel’s main premises on a traditional walking path consists of one traditional studio for 3 persons and one traditional apartment for 5 persons. The traditional studio and the traditional apartment provide our guests with private small terraces overlooking the Caldera gulf and the volcano, private bathrooms, refrigerators, kitchen facilities, television and air-conditioning.

CANCELLATION POLICY : For any cancellations between 20 and 8 days prior to check in, the guest's credit card may be charged up to 50% of the total amount of the confirmed reservation.
For all cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival and in case of non show or early departure the guest's credit card may be charged up to the TOTAL amount of the confirmed reservation.
