The KAVALARI Hotel is centrally located in Fira, the main town of Santorini. Situated on the Caldera, the KAVALARI overlooks the volcano. Originally a captain's house, the property was converted over a period of fiftteen years.
The traditional island architectural style of the Kavalari has exterior stairways, which wind down the cliff to various flowered terraces, designed for the exclusive enjoyment of our quest.

There are nineteen rooms, all built directly into the cliff. Each room has its own character, some resembling small caves. All rooms have access to a terrace, where guests may enjoy tranquil surroundings and spectacular sunset. Rooms are decorated with traditional furnishings and unique handicrafts from local artisans

Each room includes:

- PRIVATE BATH, HAIR DRYER
- AIR CONDITIONING
- DIRECT DIAL PHONE
- SATELITE TV, MINI FRIDGE

The deluxe rooms have kitchenettes as well. The KAVALARI is conveniently located, near the taxi and bus station, the post office, banks, museums, unique shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants.

Prices are in EURO. Prices include daily maid service and all taxes. Complimentary continental breakfast is available.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Wedding arrangements, taxi transfers, car and motorbike rental.
Please note there is a three night minimum stay.
Because of the multi-level style of hotel, it is not suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs.

To officially confirm your booking, a 15-20% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required via VISA or MASTERCARD.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY THE NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID WITH VISA OR MASTERCARD. THE BALANCE DUE AT CHECKOUT MUST BE PAID IN CASH.  

CANCELLATION POLICY : 

8 - 20 days prior to arrival : 50 % of the total amount of the confirmed reservation.
Within 7 days prior to arrival and in case of non show or departure prior to the scheduled one : 100% of the total amount of the confirmed reservation.
